Brad Swartz Architects for Milsons Point Apartment
Originally a serviced apartment, this 61sqm one bedroom unit was re-planned to add a study / guest bedroom, without compromising space or taking away from the harbour view. The result is an innovatively transformed apartment designed to accommodate a couple downsizing from a family home.
